QueueAway is a simple queue management tool to allow your clients to queue virtually.

QueueAway takes the pain out of waiting. Clients are given an estimated wait time, and then they can Queue remotely until they get a notification from you to say when you’re ready for them

How Does QueueAway Operate?

QueueAway comprises two applications: a Client App for clients to search and select a slot in your queue, and a Professional App for managing and communicating with queueing clients on your virtual queue.

Clients utilize the QueueAway app to discover your shop listing and join your virtual queue. The app provides them with the number of clients ahead of them and an estimated queue length

QueueAway lets you add walk-up clients to your queue manually. When it’s their turn, you can send them an SMS or WhatsApp message (requires a Twilio account for SMS). Alternatively, you can suggest they use the app to join the queue themselves, saving them time waiting at your location.

Customers can wait outside, sit in the car or have a coffee nearby. They can wait anywhere they wish. There is no need to wait in line in your waiting area.

QueueAway updates information on their smartphone screen in real-time and notifies visitors so it’s hard for them to miss their turn.
